So let’s say hello to each other. I’m Piyangie Jay Ediriwickrema from Colombo, Sri Lanka; a lawyer by profession. I’ve been a book lover from the time I can remember. Books have been my friends, my entertainers, my therapists, and my life guides. I owe them a gratitude that none can surpass.
This site is created for two purposes: one is to share my love of the books with you through my book reviews; the other is to be able to share my own creations with you now and then when I’m able to pen them.
Virginia Woolf said, “Masterpieces are not single and solitary births; they are the outcome of many years of thinking in common, of thinking by the body of the people, so that the experience of the mass is behind the single voice.” So do join me in this journey of exploring that single voice born from the experience of the multitude.
